Fireworks will not be launched overseas when the New Year comes or if there is no event. I think there is no other country that loves fireworks so much. Fireworks are said to have been invented in China during the Southern Song Dynasty from 1127, but when did they enter Japan? do you know? It is said that Ieyasu Tokugawa, who opened with the Edo Shogunate, first saw fireworks in Japan. There is a document that a British envoy showed fireworks when he visited Ieyasu in 1613.


日本の夏の風物詩といえば花火大会ですね。日本の花火は世界で一番美しいとも言われており、
毎年夏休みに入ると日本各地で毎週のように行われるようになります。
海外では新年を迎えるときや、何かのイベントがないと花火を打ち上げることはありません。
これほど花火を愛している国は他にはないのではないでしょうか。

花火は1127年からの南宋時代に中国で発明されたとされていますが、日本にはいつ頃入ってきたか
ご存知ですか？日本で最初に花火を見たのは江戸幕府と開いた徳川家康だと言われています。
1613年にイギリスからの使節が家康を訪れた際に花火を披露したという文書が残されています。
