Story
和牛有四個品種，90%是黑毛和牛(Kuroge)，由瑞士褐牛與西門特牛混種而成的和牛。宮崎牛是日本第二大供應品種，更加是多次第一評選的冠軍，所以現在不用一定選擇貴森森的神戶和松阪牛了！
肋眼是最高價的切位之一，除了菲力和牛小排，我認為最好吃的老饕，就在肋眼cap的部位，肉質鮮嫩大理石紋的油花鮮嫩多汁，非常適合碳烤增加風味的方式烹調，加上白飯包上紫菜入口即溶的口感簡直天堂般的美味!

There are four breeds of Wagyu, 90% of which are Kuroge, which is a mix of Swiss brown and Simment cattle. Miyazaki Wagyu is the second largest supply in Japan, and it is the champion Wagyu selection multiple times! Now besides the expensive Kobe and Matsusaka you can choice Miyazaki Wagyu with a reasonable price.
Rib-eye is one of the most expensive cuts besides filet and short ribs, but the best part is still I think the rib-eye cap. It has excellent marbled texture, tender and juicy. I really enjoy charcoal grill to add delicious aroma with seaweed and white rice. Melt in your mouth texture is heavenly!
