馬雅文明（西班牙語：Cultura maya）是中部美洲古文明，主要分布於墨西哥東南部、瓜地馬拉、貝里斯、宏都拉斯和薩爾瓦多西部地區，以馬雅人而得名。其分佈區域大致分為三部分：北部的低地，包括猶加敦半島在內；中部的高地，分布有恰帕斯馬德雷山脈；南部的太平洋海岸平原。馬雅文明的技術基本處於新石器時代和銅石並用時代的水平，在天文學、曆法、數學、藝術、建築及文字等方面有極高成就。

The Mayan civilization (Spanish: Cultura maya) is an ancient civilization in Mesoamerica, mainly distributed in southeastern Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras and western El Salvador, named after the Mayans. Its distribution area is roughly divided into three parts: the northern lowlands, including the Yucatan Peninsula; the central highlands, where the Chiapas Madre Mountains are distributed; and the southern Pacific Coastal Plain. The technology of the Mayan civilization is basically at the level of the Neolithic Age and the Chalcolithic Age, but it has made great achievements in astronomy, calendar, mathematics, art, architecture and writing.
