用食指描畫你另外一隻手的手指邊緣。
數 1、2、3、4 並在向上移動食指時吸氣。
數 1、2、3、4,然後在手指向下時呼氣。
重複直到你畫完所有五隻手指,
每次吸氣 1、2、3、4 次和 1、2、3、4 次呼出。
重複以上步驟做四個循環。

Finger Breathing technique
Use your index finger to trace around the edges of the fingers on your opposite hand.
Count 1, 2, 3, 4 and breath in as you go up the first finger.
Count 1, 2, 3, 4 and breath out as you go down the finger.
Repeat until you have traced up and down all five fingers,
breathing 1, 2, 3, 4 in and 1, 2, 3, 4 out each time
Repeat the above steps for 4 cycles.
