「錦帶橋」位於日本山口縣岩國市橫跨錦川的木造拱橋橋梁，也是當地知名的觀光景點，與位於東京都「日本橋」和長崎縣「眼鏡橋」共同被列為日本三名橋。也是代表日本的木造橋。
「錦帶橋」全長193.3公尺、寬5公尺、高6.6公尺，是非常壯觀又美麗的五拱形橋。建立至今已有300多年的「錦帶橋」如波浪形的拱形外觀與特殊木版製作工法被列為日本三大名橋、日本三大奇橋。
「錦帶橋」是從中國杭州西湖的錦帶橋得到靈感而在1673年建造而成。而後來1950年時被洪水沖走，1953年又再重建完成。「錦帶橋」的構造是採用牢固的組木方法所建造而成，所以當橋上壓力越大，橋可以承受的壓力也會更著變大，因橋的構造十分特殊罕見，日本已經申請列入世界文化遺產。
「錦帶橋」五連的拱橋造型，就像是綿延的錦帶，這座橋最初用日本柏木、栗木和橡木建造，而且連一根釘都完全沒有使用。
「錦帶橋」從橋下到橋面都很有看頭，想要近距離欣賞錦帶橋建築工法，可下行走至錦川河畔，就能清楚看到橋下木造工法與石頭推砌的支柱，走上橋面，隨著拱橋上下視野起伏，可以欣賞錦川兩岸綠水青山的旖旎風光，「錦帶橋」的景觀會隨季節和時間的更替而出現顯著變化，無論藍天或者夜晚，錦川宛如鏡子般倒影著隨波搖曳、婀娜多姿的橋身，如此絕美景致讓人一見而終身難忘。此處亦是攝影師和「葛飾北齋」等版畫藝術家的靈感源泉。
「錦帶橋」也是著名的賞櫻景點，春季來臨，河堤兩岸滿是整排的盛開櫻花，與山頂上的岩國城遙遙相望，景色非常優美，遊客可以搭乘櫻花期間限定的遊覽船，從錦川上欣賞不一樣角度的櫻花，而晚上還有夜櫻觀賞活動，可以體驗另一種賞櫻樂趣。岩國市「錦帶橋」連同一旁的吉香公園，並列為「日本櫻花名所一百選」，是日本國家指定名勝、最熱門的賞櫻景點。
