ロシア国防省は８日、軍事作戦展開中のウクライナ各地で民間人を避難させる「人道回廊」設置のため、８日午前（日本時間夕）に首都キエフなど５都市で「限定的停戦」に入ったと発表した。ウクライナ当局によると、このうち北東部スムイから中部ポルタワ州への避難が行われた。しかし、７日までの人道回廊設置の試みは失敗に終わっており、退避がどの程度進むかは不透明だ。

俄羅斯國防部為了設置讓烏克蘭各地人民避難的「人道主義走廊」，擬在8日上午在首都基輔等五個城市達成「有限停火」協議。據烏克蘭官員表示，然而其中從蘇美東北部疏散到波爾塔瓦洲中部的人道走廊直到七日仍告失敗，目前尚不清楚撤離的程度如何


The National defense department of Russia announced ceasefire on five cities including the capital Kyiv in order to open humanitarian corridors for Ukrainians. However the authorities of Ukraine has said that until 7 the corridors from the northeast of Sumy to poltava has been failed. The situation of evacuation is still unknown.
